Dr. Oni Heingram, The Bishop Of Rome and Cardinal Overseer of the Holy See is a Prophet and a passionate teacher and leader with over 15 years of experience in ministry. His heartfelt sermons inspire and uplift the congregation every day. He believes in fostering a spirit of community and encourages everyone to grow in their faith. With a background in counseling, he also provides guidance and support to those in need.

Outside of church, Dr. Oni enjoys writing books and songs and spending time with his family, always seeking new ways to connect with people and share the love of Christ.

In August 2011, Dr. Heingram was ordained, anointed and enthroned on the law of primogeniture by His father Oni O. Victor an Apostle and Founder of the Sovereign See Church.
